By entering the Doha Marathon by Ooredoo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from entering. If you have any uncertainties about the content below, please contact us at info@dohamarathonooredoo.com

1. Event Amendments: The organisers reserve the right to amend any aspect of the event, including race time, date, venue, fees, or prizes at short notice. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or communicable diseases leading to event cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule and entries will be automatically transferred.

2. Refunds and Changes: By registering, you agree to our no refunds policy within 14 days of the event. If you choose not to attend without notifying us within 14 days of the event, no refund will be provided. Changing to a lower distance does not entitle you to a refund. Changing to a higher value event requires payment of the price difference.

3. Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 11 years old for a 5k, 15 years old for a 10k, and 17 years old for a half marathon. Children or minors entered into races involving kids by adults or guardians do so at their own risk.

4. Safety and Conduct: Ooredoo Qatar will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the event. Participants may be excluded from any event if deemed to be acting inappropriately or causing safety concerns without refund. All participants must adhere to race rules set by race directors, organizers, medical staff, police, race day stewards, and affiliated organizations.

5. Health and Responsibility: Entrants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in the event. Participants affirm they are fit and healthy to compete and will not hold event organisers responsible for health issues arising during or after the event. Participants are responsible for their personal equipment and any loss or damage that may occur.

6. Media usage: Participants grant Doha Marathon by Ooredoo to use any images and video content captured during the event on their website for distribution to third parties, in promotional materials, or on social media channels.
